Time4balance was approached by a law firm acting on behalf of a City lawyer seeking to work on a job-share arrangement for 3 days a week.

Her employer argued that her job could not be performed flexibly. We
conducted a series of interviews with other lawyers working flexibly in
the City and produced evidence of over 20 lawyers working part-time.

These lawyers were of all levels, including partners, who specialise in
many different areas of the law. We reported back to the instructing
solicitors who subsequently settled the case on their client’s behalf.
